September 2009:
      The first 2 weeks of September were uneventful, except for our regular Tuesday night "burger night" with Roger and 'Tine Lindsley, and the other friends who attend.
      On Saturday, September 12, Joe attended the Freeny Family Reunion , in Carthage. Sue said she did not want to go because she didn't think she'd know anyone there. Her Alzheimer's continues to get worse. She sleeps about 10-12 hours in bed, then sleeps 4 or 5 more in her recliner. Her memory is steadily getting worse. I don't think there could be a worse disease.
