On the Road # 4, 2008 - Off the Road
Back to Travel 2008
We attend Freeny Methodist Harvest Day. Bob and Paula Anchutz visit from Missouri.
We attend our niece's Wedding.
November has been a totally boring month. Nothing going on. Our daughter took the grandkids and moved to the west coast last month. Our son-in-law has flown out to visit them, so we spent Thanksgiving alone. Sue's Alzheimer's is getting worse, and she now sleeps 12-18 hours a day. When she got up at 4 PM, Joe microwaved a plate and we called that Thanksgiving dinner. Hope you all had a good one.
On the 3rd, Sue had emergency gall bladder surgery, and was in the hospital overnight. She is now recovering at home. We've had several friends come by to visit and bring goodies. Our son-in-law, Bob Best dropped in with his mother, who was visiting from California. He is leaving the 21st to spend Christmas with his children, in WA state. Joe made up some Christmas pages, but Christmas will be just another day, as was Thanksgiving, without any family, so there won't be any Christmas pictures this year. Our only Christmas photo.
